Since water and oil don't mix, when you dump water on a grease fire, it sinks right through to the bottom of the pan and evaporates instantly, spreading flaming oil everywhere.

Bend the person over at the waist so that the upper body is parallel with the ground. Deliver five separate back blows between the person's shoulder blades with the heel of your hand.

2. False; Pounding a person on the back does nothing more then knock what little air they may have inside of them out and lodge whatever they're choking on deeper.

3) True; The brain is extremely sensitive to lack of oxygen and begins to die within 4 to 6 minutes. So during choking incident  one must act very fast during this time.
