Observational learning is the sort of learning which occurs when a person examines the behavior of others. It is a kind of social learning which takes several forms, based on different methods. Bandura also came up with specific factors that are more possible to raise the possibilities of performance being repeated. They are: Behaviors perceived by people who are passionate and nourishing towards the observer.
