Many people demonstrate inner strength by overcoming adversity. What kind of mental challenges do people experience in their daily lives?

People face many mental challenges in their daily lives. Someone with anxiety would have struggles with talking with others. Someone with depression would constantly have to convince themselves to get up each day. Another example would be someone with ADHD, they'd have trouble learning new things. Each one of these people all have to decide to push through their inner challenges and that shows their inner strength.
