When a container of cleaning product is placed close to or on top of a food preparation table without the knowledge of the cook, there is a possibility of food poisoning/contamination, the best action to take is to check for spillage and most likely replace all the raw materials  present on top of the food preparation table but you must first notify the supervisor on duty.
