The only possible answer that comes to my mind is “a thesis statement”. A thesis statement centers your ideas into two or three sentences. It must present the topic of your speech and also make a comment about your position in relation to the topic. Your thesis statement must tell your audience what the speech is about and also help guide your explanation and keep your argument focused. By having a well-defined thesis statement in mind, all your speech will be better organized for everything you present must aligned to present, defend and strengthen your thesis statement.
