To determine your estimated maximum heart rate, the formula would be;

A. 220 - your age

So, for example; if your age 30, and you want to find your maximum heart rate, you must use the formula; 220 - 30 = 190.

Keep in mind that this formula only gives you a roughly estimated maximum heart rate, and you should not reach, or exceed this number. It is neither safe, nor healthy.

Good luck!

you would use A. 220 - your age
