You are in the leftmost lane on a one-way street and are stopped at a red traffic light. The cross street is one-way from right to left  If the way is clear, the direction you will you go if no signs prohibit it is left turn. 

Turn left on a red light, if no signs prohibit it. It is allowed from a one-way street onto a one-way street.

Red means stop so even if the way is clear, you should not proceed straight ahead.  You cannot turn right also because the street is one-way from right to left.
