This is the fourth level of Maslow's hierarchy which emphasizes on our need to be respected and appreciated. If you have reached this level, you most likely want to participate in activities such as church ministry, social organizations and academic or professional movements. Ones this need is fulfilled, you feel accomplished, thus, makes you confident in your potential.
