60 POINTS!! PLEASE HELP ME!!

Read the passage.

"There's not a single lump there!" she said at last. "There's not a lump as big as a pin-except backbone lumps, and you can only feel them because you're thin.I've got backbone lumps myself, and they used to stick out as much as yours do, until I began to get fatter, and I am not fat enough to hide them."

Which best identifies an example of hyperbole from the passage?

A. "not a single lump there"

B. "a lump as big as a pin"

C. "not fat enough yet to hide them"

D. "used to stick out as much as yours do"

Btw this passage is from The Secret Garden book.
P.S Please do not answer if you did not take the same test, or if your not 100% sure your answer is correct. And also not because you want points. Thanks again! <3
