The correct answer is B) a student of the past speaking in our time.The author describes the characteristics of the historic site. Answer C) is eliminated because as an early settler he wouldn't have the kind of information provided yet. Other two options we also have to eliminate as the passage is not written from the perspective of an Etowah Indian.
