A physical
property is any property that does not concern with the change of the substance.
The changes in the physical property can be used to describe its
transformations or evolutions from its initial state. They are often referred
to as observables. Temperature at which a
substance boils is an example of a physical property. The temperature at which a substance boils describes a
state of a physical system. It describes the transformation of a liquid from
its liquid state to its vapor by increasing its temperature.
