stairs become the enemy. This is because many people do think that walking on
stairs keeps you healthy and active but afterwards it is the opposite for
people become tired and tend to ignore walking on the stairs.

thinking more than it is supposed to be.
Let understand that "Weightlifting" is a section of sport which involves individuals lifting heavy weight from the floor to shoulder position, back position and so on.
In essence, Weightlifting are used to build muscle and strengthens the bones & joints but also, the idea are passed as sport to see the ability of sportsmen in lifting heavy weight.
Some of the erroneous ideas about weightlifting are:
- Lifting weights leads to bulking up: This idea is false and bulking up of muscles is determined by intake of calories to build the muscle internally. Weightlifting only make the muscles firm.
- That weightlifting is bad for the joints: This idea is erroneous and not can not be proved. This exercise aids increased range of motion of the joint and thus ensure flexibility.
