Doing good in their extracurricular activity while doing good in school 10. Having pressure from teachers to do good in school.

A. I would say if a parent notices their child has a sudden change in behavior, that could be a sign, and if they notice that they have started getting overly frustrated or aggressive that could be a sign as well.

Q. In what ways can stressful emotions be handled?

A. Stressful emotions can be handled by going to a therapist, talking to a parent or guardian about it, or simply taking a time out from whatever is causing you to be stressed.
