I believe the answer is: Inattention to the impact of culture on language

Different cultures would possess different characteristics that affect the way people communicate with one another, and more often than not would resulted in the creation of a unique language. Before marketing their products to a new culture,  the company should've now better to hire local people to help them to adjust their marketing language so it could relate better to their new target market.
