Fitness centers usually have a variety of top of the line equipment. They may offer assistance on or personal trainer. Some have pools, and offer other things such as classes for yoga or nutrition. The best thing to do is weigh your options versus the cost and where you will benefit the most. In my opinion, a fitness center offers more for less cost.
