Essays are non-fiction works that discuss and analyze a specific topic and include the personal viewpoints of the author. Essays can comprise of various components, including: scholarly feedback, political statements, acquired arguments, perceptions of every day life, memories, and the writer's personal insights. Modern essays are usually penned in prose. The idea of an essay has been stretched out to different forms past writing. A film essay, for example, is a motion picture that usually consolidates narrative film making styles, and concentrates more on the development of a subject or thought. A photographic essay covers a theme with a connected series of photos that may have supporting content or captions.
