It is the first option. I know it for sure!! because the question is asking “where did you live a month ago???” the 2nd option says “it’s been 2 months i used to live in puebla”, the third one says “now I live in Puebla”. and the last one says “it’s been a year that I used to live in Puebla” so it has to the the first.
