Often times athletes have done things to their body in order to meet a demand or enhance their performance. Some examples include:
Taking steroids
Taking supplements such as creatine
Blood doping
Losing water to reach a specific weight
Extreme diets
What is your opinion about these "performance enhancing" procedures? Are they safe? Do they really affect one's performance? Are there any side effects or dangers?
No they arent safe to some extent, Yes, famous baseball players have taken steroids one of the reasons they may have been so good, and im not sure about a side affect, they may get addicted, then over use it, and that could have a side affect
