Smile as big as you can. Then relax your face. Your smile contracted over 15 muscles. When you stopped smiling, you relaxed those muscles. Try contracting and relaxing other parts of your body. Make a list of at least seven other parts of your body that you can contract and relax. Specify whether you contract them throughout the day without knowing it or whether you consciously contract and relax that muscle. Provide examples of when you would contract or relax each of the seven muscles you choose.
