For the answer to the question above. Parents should be educated and be open about sex, pre-marital sex among their kids. Religious leaders should make a move and encourage more people to participate in their church works so they can guide them. Government officials should ban or should put a strict compliance or law for cyber p0rnography and because it is the root on why teenagers urge to have sex because the law of the U.S. for p0rn0graphy is like a padlocked gate but has no fence. Everybody is welcome. Even a 5-year-old can visit any p0rn website. 

But of course, this won't happen because this is just an essay to answer. It's simple to say but hard to execute and implement in the U.S.
