Answer is A) the landmass that includes Europe and Asia. 

Europe and Asia as distinct continents does not have a basis in real geology, and is mostly a social construct. Eurasia is the large landmass that includes  both continents, and usually includes Asian island nations such as Japan and the Philippines as well.
