In a 100 percent capitalist structure, the owners are faced with three major challenges:
1. Since they can make as much profit as they like, they tend to overuse the raw resources. This can eventually drive them out of business.
2. Since the owners don’t have to bother themselves with the welfare of the workers, they tend to overwork their employees. This may lead to low productivity, and as a result, lower profits.
3. Having to understand and keep up with the demands of the market can sometimes be overwhelming.
