Donald is likely experiencing a borderline personality disorder in which this is considered to be mental illness that is serious enough because of an individual’s incapability of managing his or her emotions that made him or her experience complications in building up or establishing relationships.
The personality disorder that seems to describe Donald is “antisocial personality disorder”. This is a chronic mental health issue branded by a disregard feelings and rights of others, usually known as sociopathy. People who suffer of this disease tend to use deception or manipulation to get what they want, such as power, money, etc. They may use aggressive behavior to achieve their goals, and once they get caught they do not express any regret or guilt because they have lack of empathy.
