rex house is located at point (2, -5) on a coordinate plane. The location of Terrell's house is the reflection of the location of Rex's house across the x-axis. In what quadrant is Terrell's hose?

When you reflect a point of the x-axis you can apply:

(x,y) -> (x,-y)

Using this:

(2,-5) -> (2,5)

Since both the x and y places are positive, it is in quadrant 1.
