Gerrymandering refers to an effort that aimed to create a certain political advantage for a specific party/group.
This effort often being carried out by creating district boundaries that create unbalance representatives on each states. I believe this will discriminate the supporter of the opposition of the opposition party in the majority states and make their voice unheard.
