 Charles Darwin did not invent anything but he discovered a lot as a scientist and naturalist; and, as an author, he impacted science and the way we think about our world. He developed and proposed a theory about evolution. His theory has had far-reaching affects on science and the way we understand life.

charles darwin came up with the theory called darwinism. Darwinism: natural selection dictates who stays alive. Pretty much that means that only the strongest can survive. All the weak will die out so it is like evolution. It has a lot to do with genes. Some organisms will produce offspring with certain inherited variations that increase the individual's ability to compete, survive, and reproduce and the strongest of those will make it through natural selection process
