One sphere has a radius of 5.10 cm; another has a radius of 5.00 cm. What is the difference in volume (in cubic centimeters) between two spheres?

volume of spher can be calculated using the following rule:
volume of sphere = (4/3) * pi * r^3

for sphere 1:
volume = (4/3)(22/7)(5.1*10^-2)^3
= 5.558*10^-4 m^3

for sphere 2:
volume = (4/3)(22/7)(5*10^-2)^3
= 5.238*10^-4 m^3

it is clear that volume of sphere 1 is greater than volume of sphere 2 with a difference of:
5.558*10^-4 - 5.238*10^-4 = 3.2*10^-5 m^3
