Comparative anatomy is the study of similarities and differences in anatomy of different species. Developmental embryology is the study of the process by which plants and animals grow and develop. Both studies deals with organ structures in living things, for instance, both deal with anatomy in humans. In contrast, comparative anatomy does not involve the study of how the structures develop from molecular level like developmental embryology.
