Well from 1 to 20 there are 4 multiples of 5 (5, 10, 15, 20) so the probability of drawing a multiple of 5 is 4/20 or 2/10.
And there are 2 multiples of 7 (7, 14) so the probability of drawing a multiple of 7 is 2/20 or 1/10.
The or in the question means we add the two probabilities together (1/10 + 2/10)
So the answer is 3/10.
