This statement is true. Without motivation, nothing would get done in this world. Motivation is the reason why an individual does such thing and get it done with satisfaction. Once you are very willing and determined to do your tasks, you will get it done on time and right.

This is very true, if you didn't have the motivation to do anything, it would never get done because you have nothing telling you to do it or pushing you to do it.
