Eukaryotic cells contain intracellular organelles, including a nucleus. The DNA within eukaryotes is organized into chromosomes. Includes plant, fungi and animal cells.

Viruses structure consists of only a protein capsule, DNA or RNA (and sometimes enzymes). Scientists don't yet agree if viruses are alive although they can reproduce. They don't have their own internal metabolic functions. They survive and replicate by invading a living cell and utilizes the cells mechanism to reproduce itself.

As far as classification, both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells are classified as living organisms. This is due to the fact that they possess organelles and are able to multiply on their own, while a virus cannot multiply without a host cell.

In terms of Structure, both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells are made up of organelles as stated before, wrapped by a membrane. In contrast, a virus does not have a membrane. Viruses instead possess no organelles and have only a capsid to wrap their content.

prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells are different from viruses because a virus is not a living organism like prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, have a vastly different structure, and viruses do not contain any organelles like prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. The only similarity is the possibility of containing DNA.
