You might not need this anymore...but I will still answer.

So some "historical" facts that I can think of would be the simple ones;

Da Vinci, was born on 15 April 1452 near the Tuscan town of Vinci. He was  the son of a local lawyer there.

He was apprenticed to an sculptor/painter named Andrea del Verrocchio in Florence. Vinci would later became an independent master at it in 1478.

Two of his works, the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper, are his most famous, most reproduced and most parodied portrait and religious painting of all time.

This is probably more than three facts but it always best to have a selection to choose from. Also, maybe with questions like these, I think you should put this in the history section, you can probably get somebody to answer this in a faster time (unlike me).
