Help me! The first time I pizza is cut and if there are two pieces Second time each piece is cut in half there are four pieces The third time it is cut in half there are eight pieces how many pieces will be there and the fourth time it is quite explain how you solved the problem

16 because you're multiplying each new number by two. 
i would think sixteen because when you keep cutting them the amount would get larger and since 8+8=16 then your answer would be 16 make sense? so what i am basically doing is dubbling the number
