Technically No it wont stay in the same spot but since stars are millions of miles away it will almost look like they are in the same spot while the earth rotates.
The star will not be at the same location you saw it at 7pm because of earth rotation.
Basically, there are billions of star in the galaxies which are very visible at a cloud-less night.
But the earth rotation means they the spot you are will move away from where you see the star.
In conclusion, the star will not be at the same location you saw it at 7pm because of earth rotation.
