Possibly Melatonin if you have any, Music can help sometimes relax your mind, reading can help tire you out, and/or Television can also relax your mind and tire you out. Hopefully this helps!
Get into bed, make yourself comfortable, and close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. Breathe slowly through your nose and keep breathing in until you feel the need to breathe out, then breathe out slowly. Try to breathe without your abdomen moving.
Keep doing it, and you should fall asleep pretty quickly...It might seem like it's taking forever, but if you do it right it shoul take a maximum of 10 min. (Minimum 2).
