The relationship between DNA Genes and Chromosomes are, DNA is a type of nucleic acid that uses deoxyribose, typically appearing in double-stranded form. These DNA catalogs are stored in the form of long chromosomes that contain millions of nucleotides each; a chromosome, though, is not just a long segment of double-stranded DNA.
