3. The answer is C. This is how I did it, although it may seem tedious, but it is easy.
So for each of your ordered pairs there is an x and a y the x is the first number in the ordered pair and the y is the second number.
Here's how C. is correct:
The ordered pair id (-4, -11)
The equation is y=2x-3
Then: -11=2(-4)-3 this then leaves you with -11 = -11 and this is a true statement unlike the other ordered pairs.
Do the same thing for number four except your are given the the ordered pair and not the equation.
The answer for 4. is D. y= -x + 8
