"I am beloved of beauteous Hermia. Why should not I then prosecute my right?"

In this dialogue Lysander states that he es just as noble and rich as Demetrius, but more important than that he loves Hermia and she loves him back, so why wouldn´t by all the rules of the men marry the woman that he loves and loves him back.
