A website which is edited by public cannot be relied upon. This is because it will be edited for as long as public want. A website built by the neighbor can or cannot be trustworthy, depending on the work your neihbour does. Still, it will be full of doubts. There is nothing of a reality show being filmed in my town to be trustworthy.
