1. In “The Circuit,” what is similar between the narrator’s descriptions of how his family packs up their car and how they unpack and move into their home on the Sullivan farm? What can readers learn about the narrator’s family from these descriptions?

They pack and unpack easily, knowing that soon they are going to have to do it yet again (as soon as the harvest is over). The readers learn that the family is used to this way of life, moving around according to the crop to be harvested, since it is the only way that the father knows to work and supply for his family.
