The correct answer would be F = -4

To begin, you were supposed to distribute the -2 to the numbers in the parentheses. Then you add 6 to both sides. And finally you divide both sides by -4.

-2(2F + 3) = 10
-4F - 6 = 10
-4F = 16
F = -4
