The third column is the negation of p, and P is true(T) which means its negation is false(F).

The fourth column is the negation of Q, which means Q is true(T) so its negation is false(F).

In the fifth column, negation P is implies negation Q. The truth table for implication, is only false if Q is false, else it is True.

The last column is bi-implication, the truth table for this only true, if both statements are false or both are true else, it is false.
