If you’re counting on this number to get you into an Ivy League school or the equivalent, you’d better have a GPA of around 4.0 to go with it, plus all the other essentials. It takes 10 things to be admitted to an elite college:
Excellent grades.Excellent SAT or ACT scores.Excellent SAT two or AP scores.Recommendations saying that you are wonderful in every way.Accomplishments worthy of national level rewards.Activities that show that you are a dedicated contributor to your community.Superior writing skills.An extraordinarily interesting story to tell.Something that makes the admissions officer believe that you would be a fun student to have.Something that makes the admissions officer believed that their school is the right school for you.
