a) if the population is 3000 and it is being multiplied 1.15 than it is 15%. I found this by multiplying 1.15 by 100 to make it percent than anything over 100 is an increase.

b)im not so sure on this one but I think if t = 0 than it would be p= 3000 x 1.15 x0 which would equal 0

c) p = 3000x 1.15 x 24 p = 82,800
