Kiki and Natalie do some more research and find that the southern portion of the Rub al-Khali Desert in Saudi Arabia gets an average of 0.6 inches of rainfall per year, and the Gobi Desert of China and Mongolia gets an average of 0.78 inches. Kiki draws a model to represent the annual rainfall in the Rub al-Khali Desert. Natalie draws a model to represent the annual rainfall in the Gobi Desert. Their models are shown here.
