I chose the monophyletic group… but can’t seem to find any information for my questions.

Your introduction must state your overall findings but not in detail. Details are best left for the body of the report which comprises of every section listed above except the Conclusion.

Remember to restate whatever hypothesis you might have used in the research here as well as the summary of your analysis in the conclusion.
