The government of Japan was always of the view to expand and diversify. The Japanese government was controlled and run mostly by military and can be said as imperialist government.

During the 1920s and 1930s , Communism was the most prominent characteristic of Soviet Union Government and the government had control over everything that belonged to the country.
The Spanish government saw a huge Change during 1920s and 1930s as the leader Primo de Rivera made to resign forcefully and the king Alfonso XIII initiated elections in democratic format to open the new paths for the republic government.
