The similarity that both of these poems have is the fact that they are focused on the dreams that people have.

The difference is that one is curious about what happens to unrealized dreams, while the other is advising that people never let go of their dreams.

Summary of Langston Hughes poem

This poem is asking to know what happens when people do not realize the dreams that they had.

His question is focused on knowing if the dreams die off or if they still let it exist. He asked questions like:
