There are various risks of disclosures in the given scenario.

- Boss can get angry.
- Boss might create workload for me.
- Communication gap and workplace conflict may happen.

If the friend with whom we share the information of better job opportunity informs my current boss, then there are chances that my boss may get angry with my act.
This could cause my boss to burden me with some extra tasks and create work load for me so that I am unable to focus on better opportunities outside this company.
