One of the duties of the Executive Branch, whose power is vested in the President, is to enforce laws. It does so by giving the executive branch agencies the task of enforcing the laws enacted by Congress. Each agency is granted a specific budget each year to carry out the task.
In the United States, there are 15 executive agencies: Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Justice, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury and Veteran's Affairs.
These powers are vested with the expectations and qualifications in the President. All the decisions in respect to Army, Navy and all other security forces are taken under this power. One of the main responsibilities of Executive branch agency is to Carrying out programs assigned by Congress.

The farmers of the constitution dint wanted government to be controlled by one power and that’s why they distributed powers between three branches. According to the constitution of United States of America, only congress has the power to introduce legislation or even sometimes reject the legislation in which Congress doesn’t believes in. The president can draft legislation and then he can ask senators to introduce that draft on his behalf (President’s Behalf) into Congress.Along with administrators, economic advisors are also the part of office of the President. The work of economic advisors is to advice president about all economic decisions which are needed to be taken to boost economy of United States. One of the major working of executive branch is to get things done which are assigned by the Congress. For Example, If President is willing to make law from a bill then the congress must approve of it or they can ask for amendments in that bill, so it is job of Executive branch to look after those amendments.
